“Our Neck of the Woods”
Come learn about wood-aged beer and how it is created at two of the region’s best breweries! On Sunday, February 24th, Triangle Wine Company will host a guided tasting, panel discussion, and hyper-local, micro-beer-fest centered on wood-aged beers. Brewers and blenders from Brewery Bhavana and Bond Brothers Beer Co. will be on hand to answer questions, give their comments, and inspire conversation about all aspects of wood aging and blending.
The panel, moderated by Bryan Roth of Good Beer Hunting, will include:
· Patrick Woodson (Brewer-Founder of Brewery Bhavana)
· Brent Steffen (Head Brewer of Brewery Bhavana)
· Whit Baker (Brewmaster at Bond Brothers)
· Sean McKinney (Head of Blending at Bond Brothers)
After the guided tasting and discussion, stick around to taste 20 different sour and wood-aged beers from world-famous, local, and international producers. Hosted by Triangle Wine Company with light fare provided by Brewery Bhavana.
